The Role

Offering a range of wellness treatments, exceptional facilities, and providing outstanding guest experiences, we are seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate within this field and will be responsible for providing a high standard of care and service to our guests ensuring they maintain Pool and Spa Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Monitoring and maintaining pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Regularly test and adjust chemical levels in the pool and spa to maintain optimal water quality
  • Ensuring all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff
  • Working closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments
  • Informing guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience
  • Supporting Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures
  • Addressing and resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner

Personal Specification

Essentials

  • All applicants must be over the age of 18 years old due to the nature of the role
  • Have a customer service background with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Have a demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards
  • Hold a certification such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous

Additional Information

  • Part-Time - 24 hours per week
  • Working 3 out of 7 days a week
  • Salary: £12.71 per hour
  • Fully Flexible
