Ready to lead something special? We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium and our Poolside Drinks Service at Hoar Cross Hall. Set within a stunning Staffordshire estate, Hoar Cross Hall combines the elegance of a stately home with the indulgence of a luxury spa resort. Our approach is simple, treat every guest like a friend of the family and create experiences they’ll remember. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating and developing your F&B team
  • Creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Managing rotas, recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Working closely with our kitchen and bar teams
  • Managing budgets, costs, stock and financial performance
  • Driving sales and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Responding to guest feedback and continually raising standards
  • Supporting events, promotions and new initiatives
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have proven restaurant or F&B management experience
  • Must have excellent leadership and people-management skills
  • Must have commercial awareness and experience managing costs and budgets
  • Must have a genuine passion for hospitality and outstanding guest service
  • Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must have good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety requirements

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with passion, positivity and the drive to make a difference.

Additional Information:

  • Contract Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Salary: £37,000 per annum
  • Working: 5 out of 7 days
  • Estimated Start Date: 01 October 2026
