The Role: To work collaboratively with the Head Housekeeper in ensuring the cleanliness, organisation, and general maintenance of the outdoor spa terrace, laundry area, and, when necessary, the bedrooms. These areas should be maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa terrace.
  • Regularly check and clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Maintain the hygiene of the spa facilities, including hot tubs, pools, and other equipment.
  • Assist in sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
  • Replenish amenities.
  • Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
  • Completing extra jobs as instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors, Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper promptly.

Shift Patterns: 0 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 per week. Two shift patterns available: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10.00pm. Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
