The Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll support the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants, cafés, bars, and function rooms. You’ll help lead and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards across all outlets from the presentation of our venues to the professionalism of our service, while also contributing to sales performance, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high-quality standards across all food and beverage outlets.
- Supervising daily operations, staffing levels, and rotas to ensure smooth service.
- Supporting in achieving departmental sales targets and service goals.
- Leading, training, and motivating team members, identifying and supporting development opportunities.
- Monitoring stock levels, managing orders, and recording waste and complimentary items.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety, Fire, and Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to, including COSHH and PPE guidelines.
- Maintaining awareness of allergens and dietary requirements to ensure guest safety.
- Upholding cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout all service areas.
- Acting as Duty Manager when required, ensuring efficient and professional operation of all F&B outlets.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality or food & beverage.
- Is a confident communicator and natural leader who inspires others.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Has the ability to thrive under pressure and can multitask in a busy environment.
- Has good knowledge of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards.
- Is proactive, positive, and passionate about hospitality.
Additional Information
- Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days a week - Breakfast/Afternoon Tea/Henrys
- Salary: £13.75
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business such as working evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
