Role Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Assist in delivering food and beverage service across our Hugo's Restaurant within the spa.
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Manage a section in Hugo's Restaurant, as well as other dining areas during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front and back of house, ensuring setup and closure procedures are followed in line with BEOs.
- Ensure compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
- Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
Personal Specifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- A solid understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with large volume covers.
- Food Safety Training.
