Hoar Cross Hall in Burton upon Trent is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. This hands-on role offers a structured 40-hour week with shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, five days out of seven, including weekends and bank holidays, to support work/life balance while delivering exceptional dining.
You will lead and motivate the brigade, maintain high standards of food and presentation, manage stock and costs, assist with menu development, and ensure compliance.
