We are looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of multiple vibrant service areas and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will have overall operational responsibility for our Food & Beverage service teams, ensuring every outlet consistently delivers outstanding standards of service, quality and profitability.
You will lead a large and diverse team, including Restaurant Managers, Bars Manager, Meetings & Events Operations Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and front-line Food & Beverage colleagues, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, cafés, weddings, events and exclusive hire.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining consistently high service standards.
- Inspiring, motivate and develop a high-performing management and operational team.
- Driving sales performance, maximise revenue opportunities and achieve departmental KPIs and budgets.
- Monitoring financial performance, including stock control, purchasing, labour costs and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, food safety, health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Overseeing rota planning and staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and ongoing training and development.
- Maintaining excellent communication across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously review operations and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction.

- Ensuring all team members are fully trained and supported in their roles
- Maintaining accurate training records and compliance standards
- Health & Safety
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety legislation
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all outlets
- Completing risk assessments and ensure team awareness of safety procedures
- Promoting a safe and positive working environment
About You
- Have previous senior Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel, resort or luxury hospitality environment.
- Have experience managing multiple Food & Beverage outlets.
- Have strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs and stock control.
- Have proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Have a hands-on management style and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Have a passion for guest service and attention to detail.
- Have knowledge of food safety, licensing and hospitality best practice.
- Additional Information
- 45 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
