As part of our Food and Beverage team you will have a natural way with people, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards. Providing an efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required Assisting in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service to our guests, in all areas of the hotel & spa Keeping the front and back of house areas clean, tidy and set up for any function in line with BEOs and to comply with all closedown and setup procedures Having the ability to run a section in any restaurant across the business at any given dining time, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner Have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Have a good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards Have Food Safety Training Zero-hour contract Full and part time positions available Working between 1-5 days a week (6 hours minimum - to 40 hours per week) Covering shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening 12.71 per hour Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application and throughout their employment.
