About the Role
Do you have the flair to shake things up behind the bar while delivering outstanding customer service?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Bar Team Member to join our Food & Beverage team
You'll have:

Key Responsibilities
· Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
· Welcoming guests and take bar orders
· Serving food and drinks in line with company standards
· Reconciling bar takings at the end of each shift
· Changing barrels and clean beer lines when required
· Following licensing laws and company procedures
· Serving drinks in line with the Weights & Measures Act
· Promoting products and upsell professionally where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Essentials:
· Have previous experience in a similar hospitality role
· Have extensive knowledge of preparing, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
· Have an understanding of licensing regulations, food hygiene and quality standards
· Have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
· Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirables:
· Have experience working in high-volume venues
· Have experience delivering premium bar service
· Have knowledge of wines and coffee
· Have Food Safety training or certification

- Zero-hour contract
- Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work as needed to meet team and business demands.
