Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Engaging with guests to provide personalised beverage recommendations, share your knowledge of our offerings, and create a welcoming, memorable experience.
- Operating coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensuring that the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Food & Beverage department.
