Set within Hoar Cross Hall’s
historic estate, Henrys is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader
who enjoys leading by example and making every guest feel welcome.
Your role
Reporting to the Restaurant
Manager, you’ll help run smooth shifts, support the team and deliver attentive
service with an eye for detail.
- Leading from the floor, supporting
colleagues throughout service - Welcoming guests, responding to requests
and resolving concerns professionally - Maintaining high standards of service,
presentation and cleanliness - Coordinating daily duties and supporting
rotas and staffing cover - Helping the team build menu knowledge and
make thoughtful recommendations - Supporting sales targets and suggest ways
to improve the guest experience - Contributing to team briefings, training
and development - Following food safety, fire safety and
health and safety procedures
About you
You’ll bring hospitality
experience, confident communication and a natural way with people. You’ll be
organised, calm during busy service and comfortable guiding colleagues.
Previous supervisory
experience would be helpful, alongside a positive approach and a desire to
develop your team.

Working pattern
37.5 hours per week, Wednesday
to Sunday. Flexibility is required to support service and the needs of the
team.
