Hoar Cross Hall Ltd. is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the opening brigade of our 60-seat Mediterranean restaurant at Hiddenwell.
You will take ownership of your section and ensure dishes meet high standards for taste and presentation, while contributing to menu tastings and pre-opening training. You’ll work toward Rosette-level standards, with opportunities to grow into Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef roles as the restaurant establishes itself.
