We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Must have 6 months Previous experience working in a care home or home care environment
- Familiarity with care plans and basic IT systems used in healthcare settings is advantageous
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Support the implementation of personalised care plans in accordance with healthcare guidelines
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a respectful and caring environment
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using systems and documentation tools
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Uphold health and safety standards, including infection control procedures and safeguarding protocols
