As a New Business Representative, you support the expansion of a rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment partner in the UK market. Working from the office in Rushden, you focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You combine proactive outreach with following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and events. In this role, you learn the full commercial process while directly contributing to international growth.
This is what you will do:
- Identifying and approaching potential e-commerce clients through cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Following up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Qualifying prospects and identifying their logistics and fulfillment needs.
- Scheduling meetings and handing over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Supporting the Account Managers by answering client questions and preparing quotes when they bring in new leads.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with lead and customer information.
- Collaborating closely with marketing and sales colleagues to optimize lead generation activities.
In short: you are the first point of contact for new potential clients and an important link between prospects, account managers, and the commercial team.
Who you are:
