Dedicated manufacturing operator to assist in the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. This role involves manual work, working with a variety of equipment and machinery to ensure the efficient production of in-house products.
What you will be doing:
- Operate in compliance with health & safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
- Follow and understand technical drawings, SOP’s and Process specifications.
- Check, mark-up and lift nylon on liners.
- Operating a RF welder.
- Use different adhesives and lacquer to bond fittings and Kevlar.
- Prepare and fit tanks into Media/ICY.
- Strip and rebuild of jiffy’s/formers.
- Lacquer and stencil tanks.
- Recording production data/information as required.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of technical documents.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Good dexterity.
