What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex software solutions while providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading the technical delivery of high-impact client projects from concept through to deployment.
• Remaining hands‑on with software development, architecture, and technical problem solving.
• Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Making key technical decisions, evaluating trade‑offs, and setting engineering standards.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of Software Engineers, Dev Ops Engineers, QA Engineers, and Architects.
• Mentoring and developing engineers at all stages of their careers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Conducting code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and best practice.
• Working closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape technical solutions, and build long‑term trusted relationships.
• Translating complex technical concepts into language that business stakeholders can understand.
• Leading technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities.
• Supporting project planning, delivery estimation, and resource forecasting.
• Identifying technical risks early and implementing practical mitigation strategies.
• Managing technical debt while balancing long‑term sustainability with delivery commitments.
• Championing engineering excellence, modern development practices, and continuous improvement.
