The Opportunity
As a Software Developer, you'll work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to design, build and deliver high-quality software solutions from concept through to deployment. You'll have the autonomy to make technical decisions, influence solution design and contribute to products that create measurable value for our clients. What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, develop and deliver high-quality software across the full development lifecycle
- Collaborate directly with clients, users and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and translate them into elegant technical solutions
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing enhancement
- Build scalable, reliable and maintainable software using modern engineering practices
- Challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation
- Contribute to technical architecture, code reviews and engineering best practice
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile, collaborative environment

What We're Looking For:
We're interested in talented engineers who are curious, ambitious and thrive on solving difficult problems. You'll ideally bring experience in one or more of the following technologies:

- Experience within Financial Services, Banking or Capital Markets
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)

- Experience with distributed systems or scalable architectures
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline
