Our client is a specialist technology organisation formed through a partnership between a global consultancy and an international investment firm.
They build bespoke, high-performance technology solutions for clients across financial services, private capital and defence.
They are now looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join their Newcastle team, working across infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring and environment management in a highly technical, collaborative environment.
You’ll be joining a team that values ownership, curiosity and strong engineering fundamentals, with plenty of scope to work on complex, meaningful problems.
Qualifications
- Power Shell or similar scripting languages
- C#, Java or Python (strong coding ability required)
- Terraform, Ansible or other Ia C tools
- Docker and Kubernetes (or similar)
- CI/CD tooling (e. g. Team City)
- Windows and Linux environments
- Nice to have
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket)
- Octopus Deploy, Sonar Qube, Artifactory
- VMware / SAN experience
