HR Specialist Administration & Payroll (w/m/d) – Hauptverwaltung Ratingen
- Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung unter Ein-haltung der gesetzlichen, tariflichen und betrieblichen Regelungen
- Pflege und Verantwortung von Personalstammdaten
- Erstellung von Betriebsratsanhörungen, Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Vorbereitung von monatlichen, jährlichen und Adhoc-Statistiken und Reportings
- Unterstützung der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden
- Personalbetreuung in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
Was Sie auszeichnet
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie ggf. Weiterqualifizierung im Bereich Personalwesen/Entgeltabrechnung
- Idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Routine in MS Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP HCM
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
