About Us

We are a busy and growing marine business with a passion for keeping leisure boats on the water and operating at their best. From engine installations to mid-season breakdowns, no two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly how we like it. We have a young, energetic team and are now looking for an experienced Marine Engineer who can bring their expertise, get stuck in from day one, and become a key part of the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on engineering position where you’ll be servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of leisure boats rather than spending months working on a single vessel. You’ll be working on boats ranging from 2 metres to 20 metres in length, with engines from 2HP through to 400HP. The role involves fault finding, repairs, breakdown call-outs, servicing, and the installation of new inboard and outboard engines. You’ll work both from our workshop and yard, as well as out on-site using a company van. Diagnostic equipment forms an important part of the role, so confidence using modern diagnostic tools is highly beneficial. You’ll also be expected to keep accurate job records and communicate effectively with the office team.
