About the Role
Using your specialist product and market knowledge, you will contribute to HMV's success through first class customer service, merchandising and stock replenishment. We are looking for a bright, bubbly, reliable candidate dedicated to outstanding customer service and passionate about music, films, TV, technology and pop culture. Familiarity with current and emerging fandoms such as Anime, K‑Pop, Pop Vinyl, and social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram) is preferred, as is knowledge of classic music and films.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire customers about HMV products.
- Merchandise displays and replenish stock efficiently.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and the Christmas period, as per business needs.
- Support a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Ability to work a 5 hour seasonal‑term contract with potential for extra hours.
- Available for shifts Monday–Sunday, including weekends.
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
