This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning and control, preparing budgets and estimates, reviewing contracts, and managing project finances. They will oversee procurement, attend site meetings, liaise with clients, and maintain awareness of variations in the project scope. Qualifications:
