About the Role: Our Graduate programme is focused on honing in on the skills and knowledge that graduates gained throughout their education, moulding them into experienced HSE Advisors. We support our graduates to become members of Health, Safety and Environment Management, helping them to become experienced HSE Advisors. Our HSE department has continuous works in the following areas and will give the successful candidate experience and training in the below:
- Provide Health, Safety and Environmental advice to Management & colleagues.
- Assist in the EH&S improvement areas and to initiate, recommend and provide solutions.
- Perform internal and external HSE audits (In line with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, ISO 09001:2015 Quality Management, OSHAS 18001 standard).
- Contribute to a co‑operative working environment within the department.
- Fulfil project EH&S requirements by use of applicable EH&S procedures, tools and methods (Safety case regime, risk assessment, H&S plans, investigations, reporting).
- Perform Incident investigations when required.
- Assisting the HSE team to ensure management systems are maintained.
- Administration tasks including training and induction records.
- Assisting with regular site audits.
- Assisting project teams where required.
- Management of subcontractor files.
- Record and analyse information on first aid cases, near misses, injuries, damages and losses and review the overall HSE performance during project execution.
- Conduct the HSE induction training for employees and subcontractor staff on‑site.
- Management of site files.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Health and Safety or related field.
- Candidates must hold a full driving licence.
- Willing to travel to other sites / offices nationwide.
Skills & Qualification:
- Proficient with IT including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
