About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, Site Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of high voltage electrical projects at various client sites.

You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless operation of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems.
  • Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays promptly.
  • Lead and motivate on-site personnel, including HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
  • Assist the Project Manager in resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints

Key Requirements

  • candidates should have 5 years + experience working in the Electrical Industrial Engineering Industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to liaise with, team members and project managers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
