Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical excellence and the confidence to inspire others? We are looking for a strong Clinical Lead to support high standards of care, guide the nursing team, and help shape the clinical direction of our home. This is more than managing shifts. You will be a visible clinical role model, supporting nurses and care staff to deliver safe, effective, person‑centred care. You will help drive quality through audits, clinical supervision, care planning, medication oversight, safeguarding, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the senior management team to maintain CQC standards, support governance, manage clinical risks, and ensure residents receive dignified, compassionate care every day.
As a leader, you will supervise, coach and develop nursing and care staff, complete competency assessments, support probation and supervision, and encourage development. You will work closely with the Home Manager, therapists, MDT professionals and senior team to improve clinical outcomes and resident experience.
We are looking for someone with:
- A qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Confidence with CQC standards, DoLS, MCA and safeguarding
- Experience in leading, mentoring or supervising clinical teams
- Able to use digital care systems and maintain accurate records
- Calm under pressure, organised, and committed to high standards
- Compassionate, professional, and genuinely resident‑focused
In return, you will have the opportunity to lead with purpose, influence care quality, develop your team, and make a meaningful difference to residents, families, and colleagues. If you are ready to step into a role where your leadership genuinely matters, we would love to hear from you.
At HMT, we believe in delivering care that goes beyond the ordinary. Our specialist care homes provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for those with complex care needs, including dementia care.
