Our award-winning corporate finance team enjoys a consistent and quality deal flow with an exceptional track record of completing transactions. The Role
Reporting directly to, and working closely with, the partners and directors, you will be a key member of a dynamic team advising mid-market businesses and their owners and management teams considering a range of transactions including MBOs, acquisitions, disposals and growth capital/debt funding predominantly in the £10m to £100m deal size range. The person appointed will become the central day to day point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction and will need to understand and take ownership of key aspects of a transaction including drafting of Information Memorandum, modelling and project management/deal execution.
The Person
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and at least two years corporate finance or transaction support experience within a major accountancy practice, corporate finance boutique or investment bank. We are looking for the exceptional work ethic, commercial awareness, and strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines. Working as part of a small team on a strong and consistent deal flow and closely with highly experienced partners and directors, there will be the opportunity to gain significant corporate finance experience and rapid career progression.
