This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in housing sales and marketing as a Sales Officer Apprentice. You’ll gain hands‑on experience while working towards a recognised qualification, learning from experienced colleagues across sales, lettings, and marketing. You will be involved in the full journey of new homes - from concept through to legal completion - developing valuable skills in sales progression, stakeholder engagement, and marketing. This is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the marketing of new build housing developments from site start through to completion
  • Assisting with the sales journey, from initial enquiry to legal completion
  • Communicating with solicitors during the conveyancing process
  • Helping track key milestones and performance targets
  • Supporting the creation of marketing plans for developments
  • Working collaboratively with teams across development, finance, legal and procurement
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Ensuring compliance with Homes England requirements and internal policies
  • Supporting the use of CRM systems and ensuring accurate data recording

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in housing, regeneration, marketing, or property sales
  • Willingness to work towards and complete an apprenticeship qualification - Level 3 in Service in Housing via PfP Thrive
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

  • Relevant A Levels, BTEC, T Level or degree (or working towards one)
  • Understanding of the housing sector, marketing, or property sales
  • Experience working in a team (e.g. part‑time work, placement, or projects)

Candidates will be invited to attend an interview, which will include a competency based discussion exploring your experience, decision making and customer focused behaviours.
