Hmsworks in St Helens is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver tenancy and estate management across our neighbourhoods.
You will be the first point of contact for tenants, guiding tenancy and neighbourhood matters while building strong relationships with residents and partners.
You will manage a caseload including anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases, conduct audits and visits, and collaborate with Income, Development and Support teams to achieve positive outcomes.
