Torus is seeking a People Business Partner to lead the reward, benefits and wellbeing agenda from its Liverpool base. The role collaborates with Leaders, People Services, Finance and Procurement to shape employee value propositions and ensure value for money across the Group.

You will design and implement recognition initiatives, review benefits platforms and coordinate supplier evaluations, all while maintaining a strong focus on colleague experience and engagement.
