Hmsworks are seeking a Skilled Greenspace Operative to join our Environmental Services team on a permanent basis. This hands-on, supervisory role maintains communal and public spaces across housing estates and mentors a small team of Horticultural Operatives, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
You will perform routine horticultural tasks, assist with soft landscaping, operate ride-on mowers and related equipment, support winter maintenance, and record work on job sheets.
