What is the role?

We are seeking a Barista to to join our Starbucks Store based at our Eurotunnel operations. The position of the Barista will involve greeting customers with a high level of customer service, preparing their favourite Starbucks beverages whilst following clear brand guidelines and ensuring all their needs are met. You\’ll be part of a vibrant, fast-paced team, where every day brings new opportunities to connect with people, deliver exceptional service and follow clear brand guidelines to maintain high standards. Main Duties will include:

· Greet and engage customers in a friendly, upbeat manner, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.

· Prepare and serve a wide variety of Starbucks beverages with precision and care, from signature coffees to seasonal specials.

· Follow brand guidelines for product quality, presentation, and cleanliness to ensure a consistent Starbucks experience for every customer.

· Efficiently handle high-volume periods while maintaining excellent service and attention to detail.

· Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, with clear communication and a shared goal of excellence.

· Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, keeping both the workspace and customer area clean and organized.

· A valid UK passport.

Security Pass Requirements

As this role involves working at a secured site, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving License or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
