HMSHost are hiring at our premium lounge, Flexiplus at Eurotunnel, Folkestone. We are looking for exceptional Front of House Hosts to join our premium Flexiplus Lounge team during our peak season. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a premium travel experience, where outstanding service and attention to detail are essential.
As a Front of House Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with us. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and relaxing environment, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. From greeting customers at the door to ensuring our complimentary treats are fully replenished, you will ensure each visit is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional welcome.

- Monitor and replenish complimentary food and beverage offerings, ensuring presentation is consistently high-quality.
- Support lounge operations, including light cleaning and tidying.
