People Plus at HMP Whatton is seeking a flexible library assistant for a part-time, ad-hoc role based on-site at the prison.

You will carry out routine duties such as lending, shelving, developing displays and guiding customers with information needs.

You should have GCSEs in Maths and English and be proficient with IT, internet browsers and Microsoft Office.

An interest in publishing trends and reader recommendations, plus experience in a custodial setting, is desirable as we support outreach
