We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care Team at HMP Thorn Cross. HMP Thorn Cross is a Category D / open prison in Appleton Thorn, Warrington, housing around 430 males. The Primary Care Nurse will be based within the healthcare department and have experience in long term conditions. This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care.
HMP Thorn Cross offers:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 4 days
Weekdays: 7.30am - 5.30pm
Weekends: 07.15am - 12.00pm
This position is full time, you will receive an annual salary of between £34,428 - £41,659 per annum depending on experience.
