Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Healthcare team at HMP Sudbury, a category D Prison located in Sudbury, Derbyshire. HMP Sudbury is a busy male open prison with a capacity for 661 inmates. Hours Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600, As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks.
• Working on SystemOne
• Booking appointments.
• Dealing with referrals.
• Organising gate passes for visitors
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Other general admin duties

Qualifications required

• Experience in Administration role - preferably within a healthcare setting but not essential.
• English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
• Good IT skills and IT literacy
• Ability to work within a busy environment
