Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, patient‑centred care, gathering, listening to, and acting on patient feedback to personalise care.
- Maintain patient medical records to agreed standards and enforce SOPs for a safe, secure medicine‑management service.
- Deliver non‑judgemental care within professional scope, including timely medicine administration and cost‑effective prescribing analysis.
- Collaborate as a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC, or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Current CPD (Continual Professional Development) record.
- Relevant post‑qualification pharmacy experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
- Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment preferred.
