Milton Keynes College have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Practitioner to join our Prison Education team at HMP Fosse Way. As a successful Inclusion Practitioner, you will provide inspirational learning support to small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis. This will require a holistic approach to highlight specific learning needs and improving student skills. Your focus will be on Maths and English, leading to employability outcomes, with effective target setting to meet individual needs. You will be passionate, creative, and empathetic towards our students and be able to offer knowledge and guidance to our students. As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will be working across the whole prison estate, on all wings where education is delivered. OUR BENEFITS
