HMP Erlestoke have an exciting opportunity for an English (Phonics) Lecturer to join the prison‑based Education Team, delivering Functional Skills English including phonics from Entry Level to Level 2. We are seeking a creative and inspiring Lecturer who can deliver engaging classes to learners who are based within the prison.
As an English Phonics Lecturer, you will be supporting learners to achieve success and guiding them through the courses. You will not only help them to learn phonics, but also confidence and skills they can apply to reading, writing, further study, employment upon release, or to other areas within education, skills and work within prison.
