About the Part-Time Property Manager Role:

You’ll be an essential part of our team – helping to manage our expanding property portfolio, provide top-notch support to tenants, and assist our Director with day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours available. For example, you might work school hours, spread your hours across the week, or do a mix of mornings and afternoons – we’re open to what suits you best.

What Part-Time Property Manager will Do:

• Property Coordination: Help manage maintenance requests, property standards, and inspections.
• Tenant Support: Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries, onboarding, and general support.
• Admin & Office Support: Prepare documents, update records, generate reports, and help run our social media pages.
• Void & Lettings Support: Assist with marketing empty properties, conducting viewings, and coordinating move-ins.
• Contractor Liaison: Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted suppliers.
• Compliance & Communication: Help ensure properties meet legal requirements and tenants stay informed.
• Director Support: Provide ad-hoc support to our Director across business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in property, lettings, or admin (preferred).
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
• Great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Based near Derby, with access to transport (ideally).
• Most importantly – someone looking for a part-time, flexible role in a supportive and professional environment.
