Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Trade Coordinator role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Trade Coordinator will support day‑to‑day export and import operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely bookings, and coordination with internal departments, customers, and external partners. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment status, resolving queries, and maintaining up‑to‑date records in internal systems. The role also involves assisting with rate inquiries, supporting trade and commercial teams with market data, and helping to ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations. The Trade Coordinator will contribute to maintaining high service standards and improving process efficiency across assigned trade lanes.
