We are currently seeking an entry‑level technician in our Winchester location to assist with our lease & rental fleet. This position will be full‑time, from 7:00‑3:30 with a 30‑minute lunch break. You will have occasional unscheduled overtime, and you will receive our full benefit package—health, dental, and life insurance; 401k with partial match; and paid time off after three months.
Basic duties of the job will mostly consist of preventive maintenance and some light repairs on our lease and rental trucks in the Winchester and Leesburg/ Warrenton/ Manassas areas, and checking in rental trucks that are returned to the Winchester location. You will need to drive one of our service trucks to customer locations somewhat often to perform these tasks, and you may occasionally need to perform emergency roadside repairs.
Once you are fully trained, you will need to partially set your own schedule and contact our lease and rental customers, as your direct manager will be in our Roanoke headquarters. You will be training alongside another mechanic for 3‑6 months before you are sent out on your own, and we will do our best to fully support you regarding further training opportunities, customer relations, etc. as you grow into the role. We will also assist you in obtaining a CDL so that you can drive lease and rental trucks to and from our customers’ locations.
