Our Field Operations team in Kintore is looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.

Primary tasks will include:

  • Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
  • Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
  • Providing support with visa applications
  • Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses etc

Ideally, you will:

  • be familiar with SAP4Hana, or other SAP modules
  • be flexible, able to manage conflicting priorities
  • be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • be approachable and helpful
  • be proactive in suggesting ways to streamline and improve existing processes
