You will be part of a new team of diverse product managers embarking on a new and exciting career pathway in a fast-paced and evolving profession.

As a product manager you will support different teams across the organisation to ensure the right products are created at the right time. You will lead your product team to prioritise and solve customer and organisation problems within strategic priorities set by senior product leaders. You will be the voice of the customer translating priorities into team-level work, managing scope and tracking post-launch performance insights to adjust direction. You will understand why users use their product and identify enhancements that increase value for customers and viability for the organisation.

You will gain a unique perspective of our business, working closely with a broad range of teams to proactively enable the delivery of our organisation’s vision.

  • Experience of helping to set direction and priorities that align with business objectives, contributing to clear business outcomes and value.
  • Experience of working with customers to understand their needs and problems and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer problems and develop solutions.
  • Experience of managing initiatives through their lifecycle, defining success metrics and using data to inform decision making.

It would be beneficial if you also have one of the following (although these are not essential):

  • Product management experience.
  • The ability to explain priorities clearly so others understand why we are doing what we are doing.
  • Experience of using evidence, both data and anecdote, to shape decisions and test assumptions.
