This is a full-time remote Title Checker role. As a Title Checker, your day-to-day tasks will involve verifying property titles, ensuring legal compliance, and conducting thorough checks on property ownership records.

You will be responsible for raising and reviewing enquiries and reporting to the client.

This is not a customer-facing role, and you do not have to manage a caseload or client base.

Qualifications

• Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer preferred.
