We are currently seeking to fill the position of Operations Manager. Reporting to the Business Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the School’s estate.
Overseeing Facilities, ICT, Policy and Compliance, Administration and Health and Safety, this role will lead and continuously improve the School’s operational, risk management and contingency strategies whilst ensuring a high-level rolling plan of improvement across the campus.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven operational management and delivery, and be able to establish highly effective, collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Applicants will need to have a genuine interest in and empathy for education; however, prior school experience is not a pre-requisite.
