We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to take on the role of Assistant Head (Co-Curricular). Required for September 2026. This appointment follows the retirement of our current Senior Master, who has provided distinguished service and oversight of the school’s co-curricular life for many years.
The successful candidate will maintain the current excellence of provision, while developing the co-curricular life of the school through fostering positive relationships and striving for even greater excellence, participation, enjoyment and personal development.
Closing date for applications is 12 noon, Tuesday 03 February 2026. Interviews will take place w/c 09 February 2026.
The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
The safeguarding responsibilities of the post include:

- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact.
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
