We are currently seeking to fill the position of ePlus Receptionist.
The Junior School is recruiting for an ePlus Receptionist to join the department on a permanent, part-time, term-time basis. The position is available immediately (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm during term time. The role is placed on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales C, with a range of £10,988 to £11,313 pro-rated per annum. Remuneration depends on skills and experience.
The ePlus Receptionist will provide an efficient, friendly, and welcoming service to families using ePlus. They will ensure the secure and safe collection of young children in collaboration with colleagues and oversee the booking system.
The ideal candidate will be kind, enthusiastic, responsible, and prioritize children\'s interests while working well within a team. Experience working with children and strong organizational skills are essential.
