We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Hurst as the Director of Sport to lead, innovate, and inspire excellence in our sporting programmes.
The Role
As the Director of Sport, you will provide inspiring leadership, management, and development of our Sports department. You will set the strategic vision for Sport in line with the Hurst Vision and Strategic Development Plan, creating a sporting programme that is attractive to pupils and taking overall responsibility for the quality of sporting performance throughout the Junior Prep, Senior Prep, and Senior School.
The Person
The successful candidate will:
- Be an ambitious and innovative leader with a passion for sports, and a commitment to promoting physical activity and wellness.
- Have previous experience of the leadership and management of a large sports department, with a proven track record of success in developing and inspiring managers.
- Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to envision and implement initiatives across the entire school and a diverse range of sports.
