We are dedicated to fostering growth and excellence within our team, and we are now seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Credit Control Administrator to join our ranks as we grow throughout 2026.
Responsibilities
- Updating systems with notes of all correspondence to/from Client.
- Allocation of payments received.
- Managing the credit control in-box (email).
- Preparing weekly debtors reports and circulating to Directors.
- Referring any payment queries to operational staff for resolution.
- Escalating all problematic issues to Credit Control Manager at Head Office.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts.
Qualifications
- At least a few years’ experience in an Administrative role.
- Some previous experience of Credit Control procedures is desirable but not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook advantageous.
- Good standard of communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Intermediate in Excel.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
