Are you ready to join Hotel Chocolat’s exciting and ongoing journey as the UK’s favourite premium chocolate brand? To join us as a Sales Advisor in our brand new Ealing Broadway store, you don’t need retail experience to work here, just a commitment to being a true brand ambassador who is passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused. You’ll love sharing our products with our customers with a warm and personal touch, ensuring that an amazing customer experience is delivered through excellent product and brand knowledge.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Warmly welcoming every customer and immersing them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
  • Discovering your customers’ needs and reason for their visit through friendly conversation.
  • Delighting your customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring to check for allergens throughout your time with them.
  • Closing the sale and confidently recommending additional products such as gift bags.
  • Genuinely thanking your customer for shopping with us, ensuring they leave happy.
  • Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
  • Responding to customer feedback.
  • Working with your team to support with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area clear and tidy in line with our health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard.
  • If your store has a café area, preparing hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to our guidelines and processes whilst keeping the area immaculately clean.
  • Focusing on upselling to your customers in the café.
  • Supporting the success of your store and team.

In return for going the extra mile every day, we’ll offer you £12.54 per hour (London stores – £13.59 per hour), incentives based on performance, a 50% unlimited staff discount to treat yourself and your friends and family, and a 70% discount off a stay in our Hotel in St Lucia.
